Visa for you to enter Argentina (if requried)

You must possess a passport which does not expire within six months after departing Argentina.

You must obtain a hotel reference number and letter which is issued for the number of days reserved at the hotel. www.arladys.com, however, obtains this confirmed hotel reservation for its tour participants. It is now virtually impossible to obtain a visa for apartment or home stays. A hotel must stamp your visa in order for you to exit the country.

Individual visas are date specific, good for only the number of days prepaid at the hotel.

U.S. citizens are required to present a valid passport that has at least oneblank visa page and the passport should not expire within six months of the lastday you are in the country. U.S. citizens are not required to secure a visa inadvance of travel to the country. You may stay in the country without a visa fora stay of up to 90 days.

VISA Required by all except the following:
(a) nationals of EU countries, Australia, Canada, Japan and US for stays of upto 90 days;
(b) nationals of Andorra, Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, CostaRica, Czech Republic, Croatia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador,Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Hungary, Israel, Liechtenstein, Malta, Mexico,Monaco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, SanMarino, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, Uruguay, VaticanCity, Venezuela and Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) for stays of up to 90days;
(c) nationals of Hong Kong (British Nationals Overseas), Jamaica and Malaysiafor stays of up to 30 days;
(d) transit passengers holding confirmed onward or return tickets for travelprovided continuing their journey within 6 hours and not leaving the airport.Note: Visa exemptions mentioned above are for tourist and business purposesonly. However, business travellers are advised to contact the ArgentinianConsulate before departure.

Passport valid for 6 months required by all except nationals of Argentina,Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay who, for journeys that do not gobeyond Argentina and these five countries, may use their national ID cards.
