· Q: Are these women for real?

· A: Yes, all the women on this site are actively trying to find a foreign partner for marriage or a long-term relationship.Watch our FREE LIVE web cam's. No other service does this !!!

· Q: How will I learn when new ladies join your agency?

· A: Once a week you will receive an e mail of all newladies. There are new ladies joining us all the time. When we have new profiles, we add them into our database. You will receive automatic notification on all updates to our site.

· Q: Why do the ladies on your site prefer a foreign guy?

· A: The answer is the poor economic situation in Argentina. The scarcity of decent available jobs in the Argentina makes it difficult for men to provide support for their families. It is even more difficult for women.

· Q: I am 55 years of age. Does this matter?

· A: This is where Argentine women differ from other European and American women - the age of the partner they prefer. Family is very important to them. They typically marry men who are years older than them. They look for stability and someone who will be a good father and can provide for a family. Many ladies will marry guys much older than themselves. Whilst this may appear very attractive, having too large an age gap may mean you don't have much in common or the activities the two of you wish to do are very different.

· Q: I've heard that a lot of mail from the US goes missing. Is this true?
· A: Mail from Canada, US or even Europe can take up to three weeks in either direction. Some mail is lost, some is opened by customs workers, some is just lost.Some ladies are not able to speak English, we offer an e-mail forwarding and translation service. You send us the letter by e-mail. We then forward it to our office in Buenos-Aires. They then translate it, if required.and then call the lady. Instructions for replying by email are included with the letter. She will then personally visit our office and reply to your letter.You can see the ladies replying on our LIVE web cam(s).

· Q: What is the point of sending a letter if I do not know if she understands English?
· A: Many of these ladies have some knowledge of English. If she doesn't speak English, and you write to her in English she must either translate the letter using a dictionary, or ask a friend to translate it, if she knows one who can. This means it takes far longer to get a reply, and she may not even reply at all. This is why we provide a translation facility with our e-mail service. This is included in sending or reciving.

· Q: What about having the girl I choose come to visit me in the USA instead of me going there?
· A: This is very unlikely because you will have problems obtaining a visa and the lady is unlikely to accept if she has never met you. Please look at our "Bringing her back home" By John Roth ESQ, located on our menu, this will answer most questions.

· Q: Do I need a visa to travel to Buenos-Aires?

· A: U.S. citizens are required to present a valid passport that has at least oneblank visa page and the passport should not expire within six months of the lastday you are in the country. U.S. citizens are not required to secure a visa inadvance of travel to the country. You may stay in the country without a visa fora stay of up to 90 days.

· Q: I live in Australia, do the tour prices remain the same or do you have different prices for members outside the USA?

· A: Yes - our trips prices are the same for all men over the world. Do not forget - our trips packages does not include airline tickets. Welcome to Argentina.

· Q: I want to begin corresponding with a lady from your agency, and I'd like to know if she corresponds with any other men at present or at least to know how many times men have written her.

· A: It is fiancee information. WE have no right to tell it to anybody. However, from the other side it does not really matter, because you are not buying an address of an unknown lady. WE don't sell addresses, according to our rules, you have an opportunity to send a message to the lady you have chosen and find out if she's interested in you. If the lady is removed out of our Gallery or if she's not interested in you, then you won't get her reply (see "Our mission")

· Q: I would like to know why women from your WEB page can be found on the WEB Pages of other agencies?

· A: Our agency works directly with the ladies. Besides, women from our Gallery are independently from any other agency. We do not sell or publish ladies information under any circumstances.

· Q: What is the difference between your agency and other agencies?

· A: The difference is that our agency is fiancee. We work only in the city of Buenos-Aires. We are the exclusive introduction service of Buenos-Aires. This kind of service is not developed in Argentina and we are proud of making women's life better. There are lots of opportunities to meet a lady, but you will face a lot of difficulties making it via another agency. If you had the experience we have, you would never go anywhere else!

· A: You need to register for free at our site. You can do it from our home page. Just press the button "Join free" and fill in all the needed forms.

· Q:I forgot my login and password, how can I retrieve it?

· A: Please go to our home page and press the button "Forgot?". In the page that loads please write your e-mail address that you've submitted in your registration form and wait for an e-mail with your login and password.

· Q:I try to login at your site with my right login and password but it does not work, what should I do?

· A: Please try to use Internet Explorer and be sure that cookies are enabled. For more information please press the button "Trouble Logging In?" from our home page.

· Q:I am a registered user. I want to write a E-MAIL to one of ladies at this site, what should I do?

· A: To do it you need to purchase e-mail credits at our site. For more information about how to do it please take a look at our "Services page".

· Q: I am registered user. I want to see ladies' VIDEO at your site, what should I do?

· A: To do it you need to purchase video credits at our site. For more information about how to do it please take a look at our "Services page".

· Q: I received an e-mail that I have received an e-mail from lady at your site, how can I read it?

· A: Please log in to our site using your login and password. After this please go to "My mailbox" area. At the page that loads please find the letter from the lady indicated in the e-mail and click at the subject line of this letter. Read it.

· Q: I want to write a letter to a lady at this site, what should I do?

· A: Please log in to our site using your login and password. After this please go to "My mailbox" area. At page that loads please use "Write new email: Members # ID" and indicate the lady's ID#. After this please write your letter to the lady and press "Send mail" button.

· Q: I want to answer to a lady's letter at this site, what should I do?

· A: Please log in to our site using your login and password. After this please go to "My mailbox" area. At the page that loads please find the letter you want to answer to and press the "Send reply" button at line of this letter. After this please write your letter to lady and press "Send mail" button.

· Q: I wrote a letter to lady and she did not answer me yet, what should I do?

· A: After you've wrote your letter to lady, our secretary contacts the lady and asks her to come to our office to get it, read and answer to you. According to rules of our agency ladies have from 4 days to 2 weeks to answer to your letter (if she for some reasons cannot do it faster). If she did not this letter will be deleted and you will receive your e-mail credit back. If it does not happen - please write us e-mail via Support Center with a request to return your e-mail credit for the letter.

· Q: I wrote a letter to wrong lady or I wrote a letter and want to rewrite it. What should I do?

· A: In this situation you need to delete the letter which you've sent, return your e-mail credit back and write another one. To do it please log in to our site using your login and password. After this please go to "My mailbox" area. At page that loads please find the letter you want to delete in your Sent Mail folder. If the lady has NOT read your letter yet you can press button "I want to drop this mail and back email credit", after this letter will be deleted from your mailbox and we will return your e-mail credit back to you. If the lady has read this e-mail please write us e-mail via Support Center with a request to delete this letter and return your e-mail credit back.

· Q: I want to post my PHOTOS at your site.
· Q: I want to send pictures to a lady via your site.
· Q: I want to edit my pictures at your site. What should I do?

· A: You can post 1 of your photos for FREE at our site. Please log in to our site using your login and password. After this please go to "My photoalbum" area. Click to "Browse" button and select your photos from local disk. After this please click to Upload and wait some time. Now, you and all our ladies can see your photo on site. If you want added more that one photos, please create photoaccount (take a look at our "Services page").
